How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Emmaus. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your subscription status will sync automatically. If it doesn't appear right away, try closing and reopening the app.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Your conversations are stored securely to enable cloud sync across your devices. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
What Bible translations are available?
Emmaus supports 10 translations: KJV, ESV, NIV, NLT, NABRE, WEB, YLT, ASV, BBE, and Darby. You can change your translation anytime in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, be sure to cancel it first through your Apple ID settings.
The app isn't responding to my voice.
Make sure you've granted microphone permissions to Emmaus in your device's Settings → Emmaus → Microphone. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app, or contact us at the email above.
